Hello!

I'm Valery, 22 years old, baker and tea lover.
I'm typing from my room, with my chamomile tea and some little palmeritas, which are latin americans cookies made of puff pastry.

1 - The first combination is based in the opposites; a soft, lightweight and sweet chamomile tea with the palmeritas, which are crispy, consistent and a bit salty.

2 - With green tea, I recommend french macarons, which are in trend nowadays and it is for nothing, as they are very sweet and fluffy. That makes them perfect for a bitter green tea.

3 - Black tea is great for some shortbread cookies covered in chocolate, which always make a good combination with the bitter taste of that kind of tea.

4 - Oolong tea is very good with wet or stuffed sweets, some apple cakes, for example. This is because  Oolong tea is similar to the bitter taste of black tea although a bit softer which turns it into a balanced infusion.

5 - And finally, for those who want to start drinking red tea, I recommend pairing it with cream sweets, creampuffs, for example.

Well, I hope you enjoyed this post and see you next time, bye !
